We have upgraded LaFMS by adding new functionalities that improve the user experience of the system itself.
We emphasize the following improvements:
File upload and scan locations
The new "Scan locations" functionality allows full control of access to files, providing an additional level of security. The file upload process has also been simplified to the maximum, with additional options for renaming, deleting and selecting the document type.
Regulation on Office Operations and ZUP IT
The new version of LaFMS is fully compliant with the Regulation on Office Operations, which has enabled public authorities to communicate directly with the ZUP IT information system, as well as Arhinet configuration and delivery of the Summary Record to the competent regional Archives.
Secure signing of documents in the digital age
With FINA digital signatures, a qualified digital signature of a PDF document with Fina service is enabled. With the help of digital signatures, a digital local signature of a PDF document is enabled.
